Privacy notice

WS Contractors Ltd (company number 16769005) is the data controller for the details you send us through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

What we collect and why

Your name, phone number, email address, the property postcode and details of your job. We use them only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, quote and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are handled through a secure customer system provided by our marketing partner, Quotewright, which sends you a confirmation text and lets us track enquiries. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Measuring the website

With your consent, we use analytics and advertising tags to understand which pages and adverts bring enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, tax and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing info.wscontractors@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
